About FC Fitness Coach

Frank has only been a Personal Trainer since 2005 but has been into fitness for some 25 years. He loves training and takes great pride in seeing clients achieve their personal goals, whether it be losing weight, putting on muscle, toning or improving general fitness.

Ever client has a specific need and the daily challenge is to create a fitness program that is tailored to their requirements.

The age of my clients, range from juniors to seniors. Each group has different needs and training sessions are customised to suit each group, whether it is improving mobility, coordination, flexibility or speed and agility. I am able to create a program that will suit all age groups.

Watching clients transform is not only satisfying but a motivational factor, for me. To see a client develop into someone that has more confidence and achieve goals which they thought were not possible, puts a real smile on my face and in my heart.

When you train with me you will finish your session knowing that you have worked hard and look forward to your next training session.

I believe, the most important person is the client and I am there to motivate and assist in setting and achieving their personal goals.

We have two eyes and only one mouth, so as to only eat half as much as our eyes tell us to.

Frank can train you at your home, a park or venue of your choice, within a 10 km radius of Rowville.

Training Sessions may include:
Cardiovascular Training, Running (endurance and speed), Boxing Focus Pad and Kick Shield Work,
Hill and Step Work, Lactic Training, Strength Training With Weights, Abdominal and Core Stability
Including Fit ball, Flexibility and Agility Work

Frank has a special love for boxing and has developed a cardio vascular workout program which has ensured a loyal following at several gyms. (Beachhouse, Fitness First, Pinnacle).

Frank is also currently running bootcamps for Pinnacle Health Club.
